What updated trunklids fit 89 300e?

What updated trunklids fit 89 300e?

My 89 300E has a dented, scratched and faded trunklid. I'd like to replace it with an updated one if possible... are there significant differences in fit among model years? Can I use one from a newer E320 with the license plate area filler and chrome strip? Thanks.
