Can anyone give me part numbers for the ff:

1) Door handle set for the 89' 124 (with chrome inserts)

2) Bumper chrome trimmings for 89' 124. 2 pcs for FR and 3 pcs. for RR bumper

3) Body mouldings with metal inserts. for 4 doors, 2 front fenders & 2 rear fenders.

I am planning to convert my 85' 124 to an 89'-92' look and I need the part numbers to order the items. Any ideas where to get these? I am planning to get them from Singapore.

Francis

Don't know part #'s but my '89 300e has all black with stainless insert for the lock cylinder.

2) Bumper chrome trimmings for 89' 124. 2 pcs for FR and 3 pcs. for RR bumper

Don't know part #'s, but my '89 300e has no chrome on the bumpers. (All crummy plastic and expensive to replace).

3) Body mouldings with metal inserts. for 4 doors, 2 front fenders & 2 rear fenders.

Don't know part #'s, but my '89 300e has no inserts that I can see. (again, more plastic over metal ug!!).

I believe francis means model year 1990 300E, available in 1989. This model has the features described.

Nick, This is much too complicated for me to figgerout. If he wants shiny stuff on his w124, I gots a whole new big shiny roll of Reynolds Wrap and a big tube of Elmer's Glue. Send him over and I'll make that critter shine. I also gut sum flat black spray paint for the engine in case it's too shiny afterwards :p :p :p

Seriously, please excuse momentary loss of sanity. I get these attacks every time I have to do a major engine repair. I'll be OK in acouple of head gaskets. I'm just a bit over torqued right now. BTW do you or anyone else out there have any line on the massive lower body trim panels (Believe E300 1992 when they were started.). Would like to clap a set of those on the '89 if possible.

Thanks
