searched a lot

hey guys i have searched a lot but all the post s are so confusing i have a 1992 400e and where is the radiator fans relay in this car plus there is a a small fuse box with just one fuse in it what is that for and does it supppose to have one empty
please my car is heating up a lot specially today in nj 80f i want to make sure that ist not the relay before giving it to teh mechanic
any help would be great

IF you are having fan trouble, you will have to go to the shop in most cases. The resistor has been updated and the wiring may be burned.

The relay is under the fuse box. It has a 15a fuse for the low. We always installed a 20 there.
