16v wacky wiper wierdness

i've got a 16v. for about a week now my wiper will turn on randomly. sometimes it does it when i use my turn signal and sometimes it seems like it does it when i go over a bump in the road. i'm sure it's something electrical; i just have no idea where to start in trying to figure out how to fix it. has anyone heard of this before? any ideas on how to fix it?

Haha, I had this happen on my 190E 2.6 a couple of years ago. Turned out the battery was almost dead and caused this to happen. It sure made me scratch my head. Test your battery and replace if that is the culprit. I replaced mine and it never happened again. Good luck.
