Squeeking Suspension noise on my 1997 E320

When you are moving slow, and you hit bumps such as a speed bump, the front wheels squeek. I suppose it's something to do with the suspension. I was wondering what could this be? It doesn't happen at high speeds, and it's only the front wheels that squeek. When I push down on both ends of the front of the car, I can make it squeek too. Any suggestions to what this may be?
