problems due to jump start?

I had to jump start my 94 s420 and I accidently hooked up the cables backwards + to -. Immediately afterwards, my warning light for ABS goes on (yellow), as well as my speedo going dead. Could my screw-up with the cables cause these problems?

Look at all your fuses and particularly the fuses on the base module. The base module is located in the electrical center at pass side rear of the engine compartment. The top comes off with allen screws.

There are 4 fuses in one of the control units inside that box. Be sure they are good.

Steve's right!

Checked exactly what Steve said, and sure enough one of the 4 fuses that he mentioned was blown.

Saved me a trip to the mechanic and probably a chunk of change.

THANKS STEVE!

could the bad jump cause a/c problems?

blowers works at all speeds, but there is no cold air.
I have never had to add feon before,
is there anyway to trouble shoot what the problem might be?
