2003 E320 Headlight Adjustment--still need help

I posted this a few days back, but I'm still in the dark on this...

The headlights on my new E320 are set too low. The low beams just don't illuminate far enough down the road to drive safely at night. I took the car to a dealer for adjustment, but they told me beforehand that if the lights were within spec, they wouldn't raise them--afraid of other drivers being blinded by glare if I load up the trunk. Bottom line, I don't know if the dealer tech raised them at all--anyway they are still too low.

The adjustment screws are not evident. I know how to set the headlights, if someone can clarify for me where the adjustors are located.

Thanks

check this link below, this man really knows his stuff.

i know you don't have euro lights but this info will work for you.

have you compared you lights to a car similar to yours?

perhaps you might try a "whiter/brighter" [standard wattage]bulb, such as 'philips vision plus'[euro], OSRAM silverstar [euro], SYLVANIA silverstar [u.s. 60/70 watt].

do you have fog lights?
if so try using those at night to boost your light output. i use them to help.

do you have xenons?
sometimes they look like the are 'short', very broad but short.
