Front Brake Disc Replacement

Going to change my Brake Disc Sunday May 11th.
Ref: Mercedes CD-Rom 42-0100 "Removal and Installation of fixed caliper on front axle".
I need to know if it is necessary to replace the self locking bolts [#35]. The ones that fasten the calipers to the brake disc. If these are the type of bolts that have a plastic insert inserted into them that is normal (perpendicular) to the direction of the screw axis then I would think yes. Any comments for anyone who has done this would be appreciated. My auto is a E320 1994 W124.032, [an ABS vehicle]. I am not interested in saving money, just want the best job done. Comments?

I recently did the rear brakes on my 1995 S320. I reused the bolts with Blue loctite. I didn't see any nylon on the bolts. The bolts appeared to have had the dry Loctite type material on them originally.

YMMV. Good luck
