Exclamation Squealing/grinding rear R wheel

My rear right tire seems to have something wrong with it. It makes this odd noise. It's not a constant noise, more like every rotation of the tire it happens, a high pitch squeal can be a low pitch grind swoosh noise (trying to find words to describe it). Now at first i thought it was the bearing, but i think it would be more of a constant noise. Whats do you guys think, disc? caliper? parking boot? I do have a few bad linkages, but I don't believe those would make that noise, bacause of the rotation sound.
Thanks in advance

For right rear, you might want to check your emergency brake--could be stuck "on."
