single or multi wiper blades?

Its been raining non stop for 2 days in Sydney and I just changed my blades from multi to singles which IMO are much better,no streaks and no sound!
What do you guys think?

I agree. I tried the multi-bladed versions and didn't quite work right AND I was told that they tend to put unnecessary load on the wiper motor and mechanism.

I also make sure that when the arm is in about mid-position on the windshield, that the actually rubber is very close to perpendicular to the glass. Often the rubber gets crushed to one side in the parked position. I even will use a soft tool to twist the arm to get them be even going both ways.

Wiper blades are made by Robert Bosch and no one else.

I really like the Bosch micro-edge, though on my 124, they tend to crash into (or go over) the windshield 'gutter' on the driver's side instead of going under the ridge.

Bending the end down slightly fixes this problem.
