Has anyone ever used that? I have read about it, and its supposed to get rid of that dreaded "w126 brake squeal".

Any ideas?

Yep. I would never install new pads without it.
The stuff I use is called " Disc Brake Quiet ". I think it's made by Permatex.
Comes in a little ( 5 oz. ? ) bottle.
Just follow the directions on the bottle.
No squeal, ever.
All it does, is prevent the pads from vibrating in the caliper.
