Greetings - I seek your advice.
My much pampered 500SL has just been returned following a complete re-build of both heads - guides, seals, new left cam (right was previously replaced) new followers etc, new tensioner pads and left cam sprocket. Starting and performance is excellent but in-gear slow running is "lumpy" with what seems to be irregular partial miss. It is just not as smooth as before. Plugs/ leads/battery are fine. Injectors were replaced 6k ago. Ignition steady ar 16 BTDC - UK fuel.
Can you help?
Rgds,
Bill

A couple of things can cause this.
Low engine mounts, faulty ignition wire ends, etc....
