M119 Time Chain

How much should I expect to pay to replace the timing chain, tensioner and guides for a M119, in a W140. (1993 400SEL).

I realize there have been a zillion words written about this subject, but searching didn't produce price data.

Thanks

Parts themselves run around $500...with labor it could be between $2000 and $2500 total (this is my experience up here in Connecticut with my 500E).

I do know the labor charges varies greatly depending on what part of the country you are in, and whether a MB dealer does the work.

Bottom line is...it ain't cheap.
