This Trans was rebilt about a year ago, and it shifts hard into second gear at take off. and just seems like there might be a little problem with a shifting module that might not have been replaced when rebuilt.
Also works better when cold and is not always
in the right gear. Third gear comes in quick sometimes, and will not always down shift when slowing down to make turn.
