tranny slip
300D tranny slips between 2 and 3 or 3 and 4 only when its cold. Any ideas?

My first suggestion would be to move from North Dakota. (LOL)
However, has the tranny been services lately? My 81 D would always start to "act up" when it was time to service. Have you looked at any of the threads on trans. slipping? This may be of help to you also - oh and let us know what the outcome is. HELP Go to Transmission
