95 S420 Where's that K38 relay?

Just where is that K38 starter lock relay on my 95 S420? The documentation I have doesn't really show a good location. The picture shows it behind the glove box. It isn't. Another picture shows it behind the carpet beside the driver's leg. It isn't.

I see two K38s in the documentation. One is shown behind the air bag above the glove box. Its buried so high up, not sure you can get to it via the glove box opening.... but, maybe. Its to the right of center, just below the windshield.
Another is shown in the main fuse box in the engine compartment, driver's side, right beside the brake booster.

And here is a picture for the K38 behind the air bag above the glove box. It looks like this location was up to 1996.

K38 relay is locate at driver side remove driver side center consol cover is a silver relay next to a support metal bracket for instrument panel

I just had one of these apart. It is as the picture shows. Take out the glove box to get to it.
