What Else Should Be Replaced During W124 Evaporator Renewal?

92 300 D 2.5, 165K miles... currently undergoing evaporator renewal.

The vacuum actuators are being renewed while the dash is out and the blower motor's brushes are almost gone, so the motor will be renewed also.

Given the difficulty of component renewal with the dash installed, what other items should be considered for prophylactic renewal while everything is apart?

Blower motor regulator? Has the W124 blower motor regulator had a good track record?

Heater core?

Evaporator temp sensor?

Replace ALL bulbs in the instrument cluster... and add some extra padding to stuff that might rattle.

Evaporator drain tubes!

Also check all rubber connections and vacuum tubing.
