Help, please! Not sure if need to replace MAS

Here's what the MB technician wrote on my reciept.

676010 1.0 A TEST ENGINE CHECK AND ADJUSTMENTS CODE PO170 AND PO173 TEST FUEL PRESSURE FOUND 3.8 BAR TEST AIRMASS SUPPLY VOLTAGE FOUND 13.4 VOLTS TEST KEY ON VOLTAGE FOUND 1.07 VOLTS HIGH RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF AIRMASS.

After reading the tech's comment, do you think I should replace the Air Mass Sensor?
I am also quite curious about pulling out faulty codes. Can I pull out the codes myself without any scanner?

If I do need to replace the Air Mass Sensor, is there anything I should be watchful of when doing it, such as wearing a glove or taking any precautionary measures?

Do I really need to have the dealer reset the faulty codes?

Thank you for your comments.
