Window problem E320T

Well this is new one for me, the rear window drivers side will not go all the way up anymore. I think the last time the window was in the down position it went further than normal. Sorry that all the info I have. There is approximately 1.5 inches of space left when the window stops now(in the up position).

The window regulator is busticated.

Do I need to replace the regulator? Which one is it? or what is it?
