No this is not the picture for the one I have
I got the picture from Fastlane. I have just measured the one I have. It's 8.5 inches from the end of the sensor to the connector. The heat shield covering the wires is blue (black on the picture). Every thing else is the same.
good Luck, Meza

Splicing O2 Sensor Wires
I used a Bosch O2 sensor (for Ford Mustang) in my 740 Volvo and spliced the wiring harness. I had trouble soldering one of the wires. It seemed to be made of stainless steel or something and the solder would not bond to it. I ended up crimping the connector on.
I carefully compared the Mustang part with the original Volvo part and except for the wiring harness, the parts are identical. INHO it is well worth the 10 minutes it takes to splice the harness and save $80 or more. |

Hello Board,
I added the Bosch Oxygen sensor. Well my car idles smoother and uses a lot less gas, but it hestiates badly. My fuel/air mixture is adjusted too. Maybe I need to disconnect the battery. Should I???
