CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE TO PURCHASE HEADLIGHT PROTECTORS FOR MY 140 BODY.

These are the thin plastic stick on layers?

There are a number of car specialty places that sell these. Don't have a set myself, but others I know think they are OK.
Performance Products is one place that sells them.
Beware, they're not cheap considering they're just a thin piece of plastic. Try here:

I used their headlight protection on my C280 with never a problem.
