Shop Manual W210
It seems there's not a single source CD Shop Manual for the W210 chasis. My understanding is that there are manuals for different systems. I'm guessing that there's an electrical, fuel system, etc.
What is available? How much do they cost? and Where can I get my hands on them? Any help you boys can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Steve. I'll give it a try. I heard they don't publish CD-ROM shop Manuals for the newer chasis.

Nope, no single source in the shop for these cars either, lots of places to look for info.
The best "single source" in the shop on CDROM is called WIS. I think the ublic can buy this system but is pricey. I've heard MB has something available to the general public on the internet now, if I find something I'll post it here. Gilly |

WOW! that is pricey. Thanks Gilly. I'll give it try. I think it's time to move my computer into the garage!

There may be some way, if you are computer savvy enough, to get WIS onto your home computer, it takes some "professional" version of windows to run it, I think XP, I'm not "up" on all this computer stuff so I'm not sure.
I've heard stories of finding the WIS discs on EBay. Probably not really a real honest thing to do, like selling pirated CD ROMs of other varieties, but there is another option for you. But again be aware of the system requirements to run them. Gilly |

The Startekinfo site can be accessd for different periods of time at different prices ($20/24 hrs - $300/month - $2,500/month. If you work it right, the $20 option will work. Consolidate what you need to find and dedictae a Saturday to it.
