Repairing the TRIP odometer

First -- I did search. I read all the posts. They deal almost exclusively with removing the instrument panel and repairing the main odometer (in which the gear is spinning).

My problem is ONLY that the trip odometer won't go past 99.9 miles. Yes, it clicks and clicks and clicks. I can reset it, and it will work for 99.9 more miles. At first, it was sticking at 9.9 miles but now only at 99.9 miles.

How can I fix that? I have to go in and replace one of the bulbs anyway, so I want to fix it all at once.

2 other questions:

1 -- What bulbs do I need?
2 -- Does my car have the oil line on the oil pressure guage?

Thanks.
