W126 Euro Light Conversion?

I was finally smacked by rocks large enough to both crack my windshield, a headlight lens, both of the plastic lens assemblies, and one of the turn signal lenses.

I was considering the euro option, but it sounds like not everyone is happy with the result, particularly where increased lighting was the goal and there appears to be unresolved issues with the headlight wipers ... is there really a major change in lighting?

Does the kit usually include the fog and white lights AND the yellow turn signal or just the fog and white lights?

I like the euro look, but perhaps I would be OK with just replacing broken parts and upgrading the bulbs (assuming there are "hotter" options)?
