s320 clicking noise in dash
95 s320 getting a clicking relay type noise from inside the dash. Vacuum pump was recently replaced. Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

Sounds like the left side between the key and the middle vents.

This is a long shot..
On my w124 i had a strange rythmic clicking sound which increased in tempo with the cars speed. It was hard to tell exactly where it came from but it turned out to be the re-settable odometer that was stuck "on tooth". I pushed the 'reset' pin a couple of times and it went away.. I don't even know if the s320 has mechanical odometer, but if it does you can give it a try. Freestyler

There are 3 flap elements in that area however the key warning buzzer is right there as well. You might try popping the cluster out (DONT BREAK THE FACE!) and unplugging the relay and see what it does.
