The CCU does not work for the first several miles of driving ... fan, temp control, any of the buttons - nothing. Mono valve in locked open position during this time and much heat coming thru dash side vents. Then the the air circulation switch starts to cycle on and off. After all this, the unit works fine. Auxiliary water pump unplugged.

Now, I take it all this would mean the CCU is wako and needs replacing? From the manual, there appears to a fair number of sensors, but I would not think if number of these were bad, it would affect the CCU like described above.

Any kind of verification, or denial, appreciated.
