Can anyone ID this part?

Does anyone know where this part goes exactly? I know it goes on the dash somewhere. Thanks

Looks like a garage door opener clip used to hold it to a sunvisor. I don't recognize it as a MB part.

It looks like the clip that secures the left underdash panel on the left side of the panel. The clip attaches to the dash and the underdash panel slides onto clip.

The clip goes on the dash to the left of the light switch and holds the lower panel under the steering column. englishman
