Refinish or Replace center shift console "Wood"?

Hi

My center shift console wood is not bad, but has a few cracks, which do you recomend?

Refinish or replace? And does anyone have one for a 1983 300SDT or know where to get one at a reasonable price? OR know a place that reconditions?
