Window Switch Replacement

My 98 ML320 needs the driver side window switch replaced.
Can that switch me replaced independently, or is it an entire "pod" of window switches that have to be replaced?
Mercedes Road Service said it was a $250 dollar fix, I'd like to avoid that cost and do it myself. Currently the window resides in the up position, the motor is fully functional. Also... Should I go and replace all the window switches while I've got it apart?
A quote as to how much time is required would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Mike

Opps, I just read that you asked how long it takes. It takes me like 5 minutes, but I have done a few.It should only take a half hour at most, I would think.
