Lock-up Torque Converter

Hi everibody,
thanks to all because i like this forum very much.
I have a CLK 430 1998 and i am not sure if the LOCK-UP is working or not.
I mean that i do not know if my car is provided of a converter with a lock -up converter that is engaged on on 5th .
I am asking this because i know that soem cars has this sstem and you can really FEEL when the converter is locked or not.
when i drive my car even after some minutes at the same speed in 5th i do not feel if the converter is locked or not.
