Does E420 have Cold Start Valve?

I am trying to locate the Cold Start Valve on my 95 E420, but I don't see anywhere that this car has one, and the guys at the parts dept at MB dealer doesn't think this car has one. Is there an alternative to this valve for this car? Maybe called something else?
