what ATF do you like?
What tranny fluid is best for higher milage cars. Is there really a difference anyway?

I would suggest two options; A quality brand name (like valvoline) dexron ATF product of the type specific to your car. The alternative would be switching to a well regarded synthetic ATF such as Mobil1 or Amsoil.
I am sure you will find folks with opinions either direction, however, the real key is regularly scheduled fluid and filter replacement. |

Ditto. Lots of opinions. It is most important to change it regularly (every 30K).

Mobil 1 synthetic, although I don't know what kind of milage increase you could expect.
