Dusty, I have purchased parts here and have had my part inquiries answered in a timely fashion. The parts were received quickly and packed well. I can honestly say that I have been pleased. (but as any good shopper would tell ya'-look around for the best deal)

I've also ordered parts from and been happy with PartsShop.

I have ordered parts here on more than one occasion. Everything has always been timely and in order. Sounds like you just slipped through one of the cracks that is so common in this "instant technology" age.

I also buy here because this is where I spend my online time looking for tech answers and these guys give it out freely and accurately.
