I have ordered here too. Asked for a part number, had the nember by the next day. Ordered parts, they arrived within three days. Very pleased.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your inquiry. I see you submitted an inquiry on June 8th for a "control cable--fan switch to vent door".

Dusty, I have purchased parts here and have had my part inquiries answered in a timely fashion. The parts were received quickly and packed well. I can honestly say that I have been pleased. (but as any good shopper would tell ya'-look around for the best deal)

I have ordered parts here on more than one occasion. Everything has always been timely and in order. Sounds like you just slipped through one of the cracks that is so common in this "instant technology" age. I also buy here because this is where I spend my online time looking for tech answers and these guys give it out freely and accurately. - John |
