I am in the process of replacing the timing chain in my wifes '87 420sel. The upper chain guides and tensioner rail are grooved quite a bit. I want to replace them but cannot figure out how to remove the old ones.
Help!!! Also once i get the whole thing back together, how do I adjust the tensioner? How will I know if the tension is right?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Bob
