Door lock on the 300E

My 300 locks are not working, I thought the driver door controlled the other doors like if you lock the driver the others do the same and visa versa, also it seems like the driver lock is jammed if you try to push the lock down while the door is open it will not go down. I pulled the panel off to see if i could see anything wrong maybe the unit itself is jammed up or something and should be replaced.
anybody have any ideas?

The driver's door lock is supposed to be like that - you can't press it down with the door open. Try pressing it down with the back door open and the driver's door closed. Do the locks work properly when you turn the key in the passenger's door lock or trunk lock?

Either the fuse or the vacuum pump is fried. The pump is located under the rear seat bottom (seat is released by the two red tabs) and it's in a foam case on the right hand side.
