What is the correct spark plug for the M119 engine?

Is it the Bosch F9 DC0 or the Bosch F8 DC4? My owner's manual says it's the F9 DC0 but FastLane and the Bosch Website say it's the F8 DC4. Could there have been an update?

F8 DC4 is the correct plug thru 1997 & then you are to use F8 DPP332 on 1998-99 engines

Yes, the recommendation was changed from F9DCO to F8DC4 on your engine.
I thinking the change that MB DOC mentioned for 98-99 was due to the change in the maintenance schedule (FSS)
