Power Steering Fluid Change S420

Does anyone know the procedure for changing the fluid in the power steering of a S420 ? Is it just a matter of sucking the fluid out of the resorvoir and changing the filter ? Or do you somehow drain the whole system? Would appreciate any help you can give me.
