Timing chain 1987 300 SDL

I am the sole owner and have not had any work or inspection done on the timing chain for my 1987 300 SDL and I have 205K miles. What should I do?.

Thanks Derick

Check the stretch.

I put a new chain at 260K because the head was off. Only had 2-3 degrees of stretch using the eyeball method.
