Climate Control lights problem

I noticed that the circled switches are not lighting up as bright as the rest of the switches. My mechanic said it wasn't worth opening up, however, i find it kind of annoying. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Been there done that. Its not a difficult job, but it is time consuming and uncomfortable.

The CC lights are lit by 2 bulbs which plug into the assembly. One of yours is shot. You need to pull the wood panel and get in there. I would replace all the bulbs while in there or another will burn out as soon as you are done- just the way it is

Before the panel comes off you need to remove the ashtray and the radio.

I know how you feel about having a light out- I couldn't stand it. Good luck!

Mike
