Check engine code P1617 - help

My indy pulled this code from my 96 E300 the other day when I had a hard time getting it to fire. He clearded it and sent me on my way. I am now having the same trouble again - no code yet, but think that if I can find out what the code means, I can try fixing it.

Does anyone have access to a definition of P1617??
