Gas leak on the 300TE

I smelled gasoline from under the hood the other day on the 300TE (my brother is driving it, his 300D won't start and he just had neck surgery), and sure enough, when I changed the oil, the line to the rear of the fuel distributor was leaking at the junction with the steel line.

I don't suppose the rubber part is replaceable, is it? With screw fittings on both ends, I'm guessing that I will have to replace the entire line.

I "fixed" the leak by adding a hose clamp, not something I really like, but at least it doesn't drip fuel now!
