CLK W208 Wing mirrors

Will 2001 CLK W208 wing mirrors with Indicators Fit my 1999 CLK W208 that don't currently have Indicators ?

Just the back houseing with Indicator. Can I just swap these and wire the new ones to the front wing Indicators ?

Will the mirrors fit ? and any other usefull Information gratefully received
