Flaring Fenders With Roller??

I think i saw on www.2phast.com he used a roller device to flare the fenders in his 190E,, i really liked how they came out.. does nayone know anymore about this, or where i can get this rolling device??

TireRack has them for rent, but

the last I heard, they have at least a 6 month waiting list. See the Wheels and Tires subsite.
