Could someone explain the process of removing the seat back panel? I've read all topics I could find as my headrest moves up but doesn't move down (which sounds like that clip that pulls the headrest down).

The back panel seems to be sewn around the left and right edges. Pulling down doesn't do anything and pulling out, well, would rip apart the stitches. I am confused as to how I'm to access this.
