Haven't experienced this one before.
88 300e, fan motor seems to have a mind of its own. When starting the car, no HVAC blower fan at all. You can push any button in any configuration, but no blower fan. Leave it on any fan speed as if it were working. After about 3-5 mins of driving, turns on to the correct speed and works like a champ again until the car is turned off. Huh? Anybody seen this one? Thanks. |

Check the fuse for intermittent contact. Pull it out, clean the contacts and put in a new one.
