My A/C is having a problem this morning. When I switched it on during normal driving speed approx 60-80km/h, it caused the engine temp to rise from 80C to 100C. The A/C was not giving me cold air as well. The aux fan is running. What might seemed to be the problem?

The temp. rise sounds normal to me, however, the lack of cold air could be due to the loss of freon. You may have a leak somewhere. You should take it to a tech, they put some kind of infrared dye in there and they can tell if and where you have a leak, then they can fill it back up with freon.

Just my opinion.
