I am at the end of a valve job on a 450 that lost a chain guide. Are head gaskets installed dry or is there some coating needed? Any other words of wisdom before I put it all back together? (new valves, guides, seals, chain & guides, tensioner and all the gaskets)

I think most head gaskets are designed to not take any type of sealant.
