e320 belt tensioner adjustment

Hi All,

I have done a search on how to tighten/loosen the belt tensioner on the 1996 e320 and was wondering if anyone has information (pics would be nice) on where the tensioner is and how to loosen it up. I have a new alternator to install and can't get the belt off.
