Brake Sensitivity

Hey guys,
I recently changed my brake fluid and flushed the black stuff out with some fresh clear stuff. I used castrol DOT3/4 in a 190E 2.3-16 and I was pretty careful to bleed them throughly and avoid getting any air in the mix but now my brake pedal doesnt engage how it used too. The braking is further down near the floor than it used to be. Is this normal? can I adjust it? I liked it more up at the top like before. Did I do something wrong?

Thanks a million!
